The  Friends  of 

Formed in 1999, Friends of Karkarook Park Inc (FoKP) invites people from all walks of life to help sustain and enhance Karkarook Park. 

FoKP have contributed to the revegetation of over 500,000 locally sourced indigenous trees, shrubs and grasses within Karkarook Park.

FoKP meet twice per month to manage the community nursery, organize activities and to seek sponsorship and grants for Karkarook Park asset improvements.

Seed collection, plant propagation and planting form part of monthly activities.
