Lions Moorabbin would like to thank you for supporting our charity golf day.  This year will be our Golden Anniversary (50th) annual charity golf day.  What an achievement!!!!!

We will have a change of venue due to Kingston Heath hosting the Australian Open in December 2026.

Our Golden Anniversary event will be held at the Commonwealth Golf Club on Monday 7 December 2026.

We will have both an AM and PM field with the respective starting times being 7:45am and 12:45pm.  Breakfast will be served upon arrival for the AM field, and a light lunch will be ready for the PM field.  Both fields will be served a two-course plated meal after the round.

The cost of entry will be $400 per player (up just a little on 2025).

Our 2026 event will be played as individual stableford for both men and women.  Players who do not have an official golf link handicap may enter the event and they will be allocated a handicap of 18 unless a lower handicap is specified by the player.

A good proportion of the funds we raised from our 2025 event was used by our Club to fund a special project initiative to support young students from four (4) local primary schools.  The project is called "Lions Moorabbin Education Program" and is aimed at providing schools with discretionary funding for students, ensuring they can participate in school activities, access necessary resources, and experience a fulfilling education.  It is in part aimed at helping families and students who are doing it tough.  We also don't want kids coming to school with an empty lunch box.

Some funds from 2025 have also been allocated to the Lions Disaster Relief Fund to help people affected by the recent bush fires in Victoria.
